Elevate Massage exists to keep you doing what you love and feeling great in the process!

Everyone is busy.  Our bodies are often the first thing we neglect, especially when it comes to rest and recovery.  Sports Massage is a great recovery resource!  I massage for better posture, function, and range of motion.  I’ve worked with a wide range of injuries, post surgery, pre and post game scenarios, and general body maintenance.  I’ll be  specific and deep, responding to what I feel the muscle needs. My goal is to work into tension until it "hurts so good."
